All services sold by Soni Computer on soniit.in are digital services. We do not ship any physical goods to customers, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses involved.
How and when your service is delivered
- Managed WordPress hosting: we send you a WordPress site with wp-admin login details by email or WhatsApp. This is usually done within one business day of confirmed payment. If you want your existing site moved to us, the free migration is done after we receive your site details, and the time it takes depends on the size of the site.
- Windows VPS: we send you the RDP address and administrator login, usually within one business day of confirmed payment.
- Tally on Cloud: we send you the login details for your Tally cloud access, usually within one business day of confirmed payment. A free trial login can be requested before you pay.
- Colocation: after you pay and confirm your device details, we agree a date with you for receiving your device. We set it up and share remote access details after it arrives and is installed.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Requests made late in the day or on a holiday may be handled on the next working day.
Where your login details are sent
Login details are sent to the email address or WhatsApp number you gave us when ordering. Please make sure they are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong contact details or by details that you do not give us.
Colocation devices sent to us
If you send a device for colocation, you pay the courier and any insurance cost, and you are responsible for packing it safely. Our address is given by us in writing when you confirm your order.
If your service is not delivered
If you have paid and have not received your service within the time stated above, please contact us at jyoti@soniit.in or +91 8369157741 on WhatsApp. If we cannot deliver the service you paid for, you will receive a full refund under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
